Stornierung/Änderungen

1. Wenn Sie eine Reservierung stornieren möchten, ist die einzig akzeptable Methode durch die Decode Autovermietung . Brechen Sie Ihre Reservierung nicht mit dem Autovermieter direkt ab.

2. You are able to cancel your reservation at anytime free of charge as long as it is done at least 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the scheduled vehicle pick-up date.

3. If you cancel a reservation less than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the scheduled vehicle pick-up date or if you do not cancel a reservation and do not pick-up a vehicle, no funds paid will be reimbursed to you, unless the entire rental amount has also been paid. Decode Car Hire will retain a cancellation/no-show fee and an administration fee (card processing fee) will be charged from your credit card.

4. A cancellation/no-show fee will be collected equal to the amount of 1 (one) day of rental charges, in most cases. Please note: some rental vehicle providers have policies that require a cancellation/no show fee to be collected that is equal to 3 (three) days of rental charges. An administration fee (card processing fee) of EUR 30 will also be collected

5. Im Falle, dass eine Reservierung aufgehoben wird und der ganze Mietbetrag bei der Ankunft bezahlt werden muss, gibt es keine Gebühr für die Aufhebung, aber trotzdem muss die Aufhebung Ihrer Reservierung über unsere Webseite - Decode Autovermietung erfolgen.

6. Revision Policy. Revision Policy. Decode Car Hire will only accept revisions to your reservation made at least 24 (twenty-four) hours prior of the pick-up date. All revisions are free of charge provided you revise the reservation at least 48 (fourty eight) hours prior to the pick-up date. If you revise your reservation between 48 (fourty eight) and 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the pick-up date, you are subject to an administration fee.

7. Es wird keine Zurückzahlung erstattet.

8. In the event of a cancellation of a reservation or the failure of a customer to be present for the scheduled pick-up date and time, the corresponding sum of money will be reimbursed by Decode Car Hire within 30 (thirty) working days of receipt of a cancellation of a reservation or the failure of a customer to be present for the scheduled pick-up date and time.

9. Decode Autovermietung kann nicht haftbar gemacht werden für eine Diskrepanz zwischen dem Preis von Decode Autovermietung und dem Betrag von Ihrer Bank aufgrund des Umrechnungskurses.
